morgan and jordan tied the knot on memorial day weekend in san antonio, texas. their rehearsal dinner was fiesta themed in a yummy restaurant near the riverwalk. everyone had such a great time–you can really tell what great people they are by the fun their family and friends have during the festivities. i was super glad when morgan asked if i would shoot their rehearsal dinner–we danced together at texas a&m and i haven’t gotten to see much of this gal lately. it was also nice to just get to enjoy their wedding as a guest as well–win win! best wishes for yalls new life together!

I love dancing, photographing dance and designing for dance clients. It’s always nice to have powerful images to use in publicity materials, and usually also presents a fun challenge to see how I can crop, combine, or otherwise alter how people view those photographs. Brazos Dance Collective is a modern dance collective in Bryan-College Station that I used to dance with and still am involved with as much as possible. They’re having a show this weekend and it’s sure to be amazing. Find out more about the show here.

When I was photoing a new addition to the Barbara Bush section at the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum, I discovered some of the photos I’d taken the last couple of years were hanging on the wall. It’s always fun to happen upon my work in neat places, so I thought I’d share.

Next time you’re in Wehner, be sure to grab a copy of this quarter’s @Mays magazine. I shot the cover photo as well as photos for the article on Business Honors. (There’s also another write up about the Red Dress Sticket award I won, also.) It’s always fun to see your work cropping up places.

One of my last projects of the year was a photoshoot with the TAMU Dance Department. The photos will be used on the promo materials for their annual concert this spring. I always love shooting talented dancers in action.
